An article in Tuesday's police log concerning an incident at the entrance to Lake Hauto contained an error. Jason Amodea, 49, of Nesquehoning, ripped the entrance gate from its mooring on Sept. 6.

George Cope of Tamaqua was arrested by Rush Township Police on Sept. 20, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
