One person sustained minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash at 2:56 p.m. Aug. 29 on Old Stage Road in Penn Forest Township.

State police at the Fern Ridge barracks said Preston T. Cullen, 23, of Albrightsville, was hurt in the crash.Police said he was driving a 2009 Mazda 6 eastbound on Old Stage Road when it swerved around a 2012 Volkswagen driven by Florim Ardolli, 30, of Staten Island, New York, who was westbound and turning left into a driveway at 231 Old Stage Road.Police said the Volkswagen was positioned slightly over the double yellow line, which caused Cullen to swerve and travel off the roadway.Ardolli was cited for a vehicle turning left violation while Cullen was cited for failure to drive at a safe speed.
