Tina M. Miller, 52, of Tamaqua, who waived a preliminary hearing before District Judge Stephen Bayer last week, resides at 336 Reilly Ave., Tamaqua. Miller was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to stop and driving with a suspended/revoked license.
