Suit over sheriff's sale

The Northeast Investors Group, through its attorney, Roberti & Roberti LLC, Jim Thorpe, has filed a motion to strike a tax claim against the Jim Thorpe Area School District, Carbon County and Kidder Township.The motion states the plaintiff purchased a property located at 47 Red Fox Court, Lake Harmony, for $6,985 on April 10, 2015, the sale having been conducted by the Carbon County Sheriff's Office on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank N.A., against a Richard J.
