The Jim Thorpe Police Department is investigating the theft of a motor vehicle.

Police said a 1987 black Ford Mustang was taken from the driveway of a residence on the 200 block of West Broadway sometime between 6 p.m. Sept. 15 and 8 a.m. Sept. 16.The Mustang has an orange hood scoop, orange spoiler and chrome wheels.The word "Harley," or "Harley-Davidson" are on the front window in orange and white letters.The back window has a Harley wing in orange.Anyone who has information is asked to contact the Jim Thorpe Police Department at 570-325-4995.
