Nixon Baez, 22, of Hazleton, faces charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The charges stem from a Sept. 18 traffic stop on Grier Avenue in Hometown and will be filed by Rush Township police. The stop was made at 12:49 a.m.
