Rush Township police are investigating a theft at the PPL substation on Ye Old Hauto Road. The theft occurred sometime between Sept. 14 and 15.

The thieves removed several sizes of copper wire, a pole anchor kit, a battery operated press and a head intensifier. The missing items are valued at more than $5,000.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to contact police at 570-668-6100 or 570-668-4242.
