Two people were injured Sunday morning in a crash along Mountain Road in Washington Township. The crash occurred at 11:30 a.m., about a mile east of the turnpike. According to reports from the scene, a man and a woman were riding the bike, heading west when they hit loose gravel on the roadway. The motorcycle went off the road, coming to rest in a grassy area between a group of trees. Both riders were transported to a Lehigh Valley area trauma center.
