State police at Fern Ridge have charged a White Haven woman with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after firing BB pellets at a friend's house.

Kimberly Crawley, 43, was charged after an incident at about 10 p.m. Sept. 14 on Rocky Hill Road in East Side Borough, according to police.Crawley called 911 because she had a confrontation with the juvenile son of a friend. She admitted to police that she had grabbed a BB gun from her house, walked over to her friend's house, and fired two pellets toward it.Crawley showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol, police said, and admitted she had been drinking too much that night.
