State police at Fern Ridge are investigating a reported simple assault incident that occurred near the Pleasant Valley High School, located of Route 209, in Chestnuthill Township.

Troopers said Eric Mikulski, 18, of Saylorsburg, reported he was struck in the face about 10 p.m. on Sept. 11 near the school. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-646-2271.
