Palmerton Police Department continues to investigate the following incidents:

• Pamela Berger, 46, of Palmerton, was cited for criminal mischief. The violation occurred at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 3 on Third Street.• Cheryl Brooker, 57, of Lehighton, was cited for retail theft. The violation occurred at 7:02 p.m. Aug. 30 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.• Police also issued three citations for speeding.• Criminal charges were filed against James Albaugh, 33, of Albrightsville, for possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred at 10:38 p.m. Aug. 6 in the 700 block of Delaware Avenue.
