The Lutheran Church Women of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 4118 Main St., Slatedale, is sponsoring the annual yard and bake sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 11, and from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. Sept. 12.They will have fresh baked cakes and goodies for sale, as well as homemade chicken noodle, ham and bean and haluski, barbecues, hamburgers, hot dogs, bakes beans and strawberry shortcake.The sale will be held downstairs in the social room, rain or shine.Profits will be used for major repairs to the church.
