A Schuylkill County judge has revoked a Coaldale man's parole on drug and retail theft charges and ordered him back to jail.

Christopher Keer, 26, violated the terms of his parole, to which he was sentenced on Feb. 18.Judge John Domalakes sentenced him on separate cases, two for retail theft and one for use or possession of drug paraphernalia.Domalakes gave Keer no credit for the 93 days he was on parole. He may apply again on Oct. 21.In another case, Domalakes revoked the parole of Keith M. Evert, 26, of Lehighton. Evert was charged by state police at Frackville with three counts of retail theft on Nov. 30, 2013. Domalakes sentenced him to one to 23 months in jail on Sept. 24, 2014. He was given no credit for the 135 days he spent on parole. He may apply again on Nov. 2. Domalakes also ordered Evert to have a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow any recommended treatment.
