Two people found in an unoccupied home are facing charges.

State police at Fern Ridge said at 12:03 a.m. on Aug. 14 troopers were dispatched to 1140 Juno Drive, Chestnuthill Township, for a report of a suspicious vehicle parked outside a home that was unoccupied due to a foreclosure action.On scene troopers observed an interior light on in the residence and a slightly opened front door. Troopers entered the home and upon clearing the residence they found Dalvin Jarvais Holding, 20, of Effort, and Mary Grace Frigiola, 20, of Brodheadsville, in an upstairs bedroom.A further search of the residence found marijuana and related paraphernalia.Holding and Frigiola were arrested and placed into the county prison in Snydersville. Both are facing felony counts of criminal trespass and drug possession counts.
