A Berks County woman was killed and four juvenile passengers injured, in a crash involving her vehicle and tractor-trailer truck.

State police at Fogelsville said the crash occurred about 3:30 p.m. on Saturday along Interstate 78 in Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County.Troopers said Kenneth Glen Gaugler, 57, of Allentown, was driving a 2001 Mack truck with trailer eastbound in the right lane while Heather A. Delp, 39, of Kutztown, was operating a 2006 Jeep Commander also in the right lane.Troopers said Gaugler was slowing/stopped due to heavy traffic backlog. Delp failed to come to a stop before striking the trailer portion of the truck. The front driver's side bumper struck the rear passenger side corner of the trailer.Delp was pronounced dead at the scene. Four passengers, two boys and two girls, all age 9, and all from Kutztown, sustained minor injuries and were taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. Gaugler was not injured.
