Meghan Trainor announced Tuesday morning she is canceling the remainder of her "MTrain Tour," which includes a performance at the Great Allentown Fair in September.

"I was being careful and taking precautions, but I have hemorrhaged my vocal cord again," she posted on Instagram. 'I got bronchitis and have been coughing a lot and that pushed it over the edge. Sadly, I will need to cancel the remainder of my tour and get surgery to finally fix this once and for all."

Representatives for the Fair said they were, "sorry to hear Megan won't be joining us in a few weeks." "We wish her the best going through surgery and a speedy recovery."

Refunds will be processed beginning on Wednesday.

Ticket holders who purchased through Ticketmaster online and over the phone will receive direct refunds through Ticketmaster.

Those who purchased from Ticketmaster centers should go to the point of purchase.

Anyone who purchased tickets at the Fair box office should go there for a refund.
