There is no set cost; it is by donation.Thrift store openThe Eldred Township Community Center celebrated the Grand Opening of Nana Jean's Attic on Saturday. The store, the first of its kind in the community, will feature new and gently used children's clothing, household wares, adult clothing, furniture, home décor, and much more.The store hours have been announced as: Thursday, 2-7 p.m.; Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.Don't forget the ongoing activities at the center, including: Jam Session every Monday at noon and pinochle at 12:30 Tuesdays. Its purpose is to feed families going through emergency or other short-term situations that are not eligible for local, county or state programs. There is a limit of a 12-week lifetime duration per family.
