Two drivers are facing charges of driving under the influence, and related counts following incidents in Palmerton.

Robert Blaine, 21, of Austin, Texas, was stopped at 2:56 a.m. July 24 along Route 248 eastbound. In addition to the DUI charge, Blaine was also cited for several traffic violations, including careless driving.Barry Ohl, 37, of Palmerton, was stopped at 1:09 a.m. March 15 at Second Street and Lehigh Avenue. He is also facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
