David Lehman, 26, whose last known address was 2 Teaberry Lane, New Ringgold. Lehman is charged with possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident on April 29.Rachael French, 27, whose last known address was 216 E. Snyder Ave, Lansford. French is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, and harassment.Paul Weirich, 28, of 232 W. Kline Ave., Lansford. Weirich is charged with retail theft following an incident on May 8.Charles Grant, 47, unknown address. Grant is charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy, theft, and receiving stolen property following an incident on Dec. 9, 2014.Vanya Graul, 43, of 200 Lincoln Ave., Unit 124, Phoenixville. Graul is charged with theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy after an incident on June 3, 2013.
