Theresa Marie Dini-Haas of Stroudsburg was charged with public drunkenness by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks after an incident at 10:10 p.m. July 20 along Route 115 at Rocky Mountain Drive South in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said they came across her walking along the road, showing signs of impairment.
