State police at the Fern Ridge barracks are investigating a fraud case in which someone hacked into a Stroudsburg woman's bank account and made purchases totaling $810.95.

Police said between midnight and 11:59 p.m. June 21, the victim received an email from her banking institution relating that three online purchases were made to JPay Miramar Plus and Peaceful Living.
