First Commonwealth contends Saez failed to make a payment under the contract for more than seven months.The suit says the plaintiff repossessed the vehicle in March of this year and sold it for $450 in a commercially reasonable manner, however, the complaint states, a deficiency balance remains on the agreement.Sought is $5,697.27 in principal, interest, attorney's fees and costs, as well as future costs and interest.Borough seeks fundsThe Borough of Lehighton has filed six municipal lien claims against defendants who owe bills for delinquent services, as follows:Gregory and Michel L. Third St., Jim Thorpe, is seeking judgment not to exceed the compulsory $50,000 limit of arbitration of the Carbon County Court on two separate counts of negligence and carelessness counts against a property owner in the Borough of Jim Thorpe, as well as the borough itself.In addition to the borough, the defendant is Clyde R.
