An incident on Ben Titus Road, Still Creek, early Monday morning landed a man in the Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville.

Rush Township police were dispatched to 32 Ben Titus Road at 12:56 a.m. where a naked man was reportedly attempting to break into a house.On scene officers found Alexander Riotto, 33, of 27 Ben Titus Road, who seemed to be under the influence of an unknown narcotic.Neighbors said Riotto had assaulted one man and tried to get inside another neighbor's home. He did gain access to the neighbor's vehicle, then threatened to harm the man's wife and daughter.At one point he charged toward police, who used a stun gun to subdue him. He was then arrested.Riotto was arraigned before on-call District Judge David Plachko, of Port Carbon, on charges of criminal trespass, making terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, open lewdness and public drunkenness.Bail was at $25,000 straight cash, which he was unable to post.
