A Nescopec, Luzerne County, man has been identified in a hit-and-run incident at the Beacon Diner in Hometown on Oct. 26, 2015.

David Burock, 63, was driving a 2014 Dodge Ram when he struck a parked Hyundai in the restaurant's parking lot. The incident took place at 10:26 a.m.He was charged in the incident.
