The Dana Gaynor Band will be performing at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center tonight.

Since the group's last appearance at the art center, the band has added a keyboard player and a second drummer, released a live concert DVD and a new original album. Playing original blues, rock and jam music, the group has played at festivals and concert venues across the northeast.Lead guitarist/vocalist Gaynor is well-known among musicians in the New York and San Francisco areas. She has performed with Buddy Miles, Vassar Clements, Dan Hicks, John Cipollina of Quicksilver Messenger Service, Keith and Donna Godcheaux of The Grateful Dead, and Don Preston of the Leon Russell Band and many others.The arts center is located at 125 Pine St., Tamaqua.
