A traffic stop on Claremont Avenue in Hometown at 4:52 p.m. May 10 resulted in charges for Pedro M. Crespo, 20, of Hazleton.

Rush Township police have charged Crespo with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and providing false information (wrong name) to law enforcement.
