A Wilkes-Barre man has been charged by Rush Township police.

Cesar Toledano, 26, was found asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle on Lincoln Drive at 3:43 a.m. June 6. He was transported to Schuylkill Medical Center South in Pottsville for blood tests.Test results indicate he had a blood-alcohol content level of 0.205 percent, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08 percent. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and several traffic offenses.
