Jurors in third hour of deliberation in Heath trial

Jurors are entering their third hour of deliberation in the Anthony Heath case. Heath is accused of strangling Angela Steigerwalt of Tamaqua in his Allentown apartment.

The jury asked to see pathology reports as well Heath's letters to Dr. Karl E. Williams, who testified on his behalf, and to Steigerwalt's husband, Gary.

The judge denied all four, the first three because law bars jurors from seeing them, the fourth because it contains information about drug use and previous incarceration, which is also forbidden by law for jurors to see.
