A Mount Carmel, Northumberland County, woman has been charged with criminal mischief following an incident in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Kelly Ann Richter, 38, went to a home in the 200 block of East Plane Street, Gordon, on Sunday about 7:30 p.m. and punched the garage window out at the residence during an argument with the owner.
