A Carbon County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident in Luzerne County.

State police at Hazleton said Franklin Delano Brill, of Weatherly, was stopped at 4:07 a.m. on April 19 along Route 424, near Route 93, in Hazle Township.He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hazleton Campus, for a blood test. Charges were filed.
