A Tamaqua man landed in the Carbon County prison on June 13 after Tamaqua police picked him up on an outstanding warrant.

Officers received a tip at 6:15 p.m., that Nathan George Fritz, 27, was at 10 Cherry St. Police went to the address and found Fritz inside, sitting on a couch.He was arrested on the warrant, which was issued by the Carbon County Adult Probation Office, and transported to the Carbon Count Correctional Facility in Nesquehoning.
