A Carbon County man is facing charges stemming from a domestic incident.

State police at Fern Ridge said troopers were called to 76 Mohawk Trail in Penn Forest Township at 10:34 p.m. June 7 for a domestic dispute between a 53-year-old woman and Derryl Gene Gracely, 53.Troopers said the victim reported she was struck in the face by Gracely, was pulled to the ground and kicked. She also reported he threatened her with a gun, which was found at the scene and seized.Gracely was arrested and charged with simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment and prohibited offensive weapon. He was arraigned before a district judge and later released on bail.
