Landowners who may be affected by the proposed pipeline can learn their rights in dealing with PennEast/UGI Pipeline Company.

A free training session will be sponsored by Save Carbon County, Berks Gas Truth, NJ Conservation Foundation, Concerned Citizens Against the Pipeline and Delaware Riverkeeper Network.The session will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Towamensing Township office, 120 Stable Road.Space will be limited.
