An arrest warrant has been issued for Barbara E. Herschitz, 21, of Slatington for retail theft and criminal conspiracy. This is a felony because it's her third offense.

On March 22, Herschitz and three other females stole merchandise from the Lehighton Walmart.

The other females were Holley Bowers, 19, of Lehighton; female juvenile, 16,of Lehighton; and Jackie Minnich, 20, of Slatington. They have all been charged with retail theft.

Herschitz failed to turn herself in on the charges. Anyone with information on her location is asked to contact police at 570-386-2241.
