Helen Savitsky, a resident representative of Heritage Hill Senior Community, presents Jenna Bartel, a 2015 graduate of Weatherly Area High School with this year's Heritage Hill Scholarship. Jenna will be attending the Indiana University of Pennsylvania to pursue a career as a nurse anesthetist.
