It was free food and free music for 80 who turned out Thursday at the kick-off of the ninth Tamaqua Area Chamber of Commerce Summer Concert Series at the train station. The alfresco event featured complimentary baked treats from Momma C's Bakery, West Penn Township, served up by Rae Anne Moyer, left, and Cheryl Leone.
