Three charged with attempted homicide in Luzerne incident

Three people have been charged with attempted homicide for an incident in which a female, naked and bloody, was found in woods in Luzerne County last October with injuries including her throat being cut.

State police at Wyoming said one of the suspects, Jerone Andre Moore, 31, was arrested on Tuesday about 3 p.m. at a residence along North Washington St., Wilkes-Barre.Also being sought in connection with the incident is Nygee Jamal Taylor, 25, and Chloe Amelia Isaccs, 21. Moore and Taylor both have been charged with criminal attempt-homicide, criminal conspiracy-attempted homicide, aggravated and simple assault, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal conspiracy-aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy-aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, unlawful restraint, and false imprisonment.Isaccs has been charged with kidnapping, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Isaccs and Taylor is asked to call troopers at 570-697-2000.Incident detailsOn Oct. 5, 2014, at about 9 p.m. troopers received a call that a naked and bloody female was discovered on Aleeda Road in Bear Creek Township. The female suffered an approximately three inch deep laceration from the trachea to her ear. She was taken to Geisinger Medical Center, Plains Township.The investigation revealed that the female was picked up at an apartment in Pittston on that date about 2:09 p.m. and transported to a residence at 58 North Hancock Street in Wilkes-Barre.Once at that address she was stripped down and beaten by a number of females. The victim was then placed in a barrel for about four hours. After that the female was then placed in the trunk of a vehicle and transported to the Aleeda Road area. Once there she was removed from the trunk and led into a nearby wooded area where her throat was cut and she was left in the woods.The victim wandered and yelled for help until a resident of the area found her and provided her care until the arrival of medical help.The investigation determined that Isaccs and Moore picked up the female in Pittston and took her to the Wilkes-Barre address. Once in an apartment at that address, Isaccs and other females assaulted her. Moore and Taylor removed her from the residence and transported her to Bear Creek Township where Moore cut her throat.Assisting troopers in the investigation were officers from Pittston and Wilkes-Barre police.
