A Philadelphia man was cited for an incident in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Paul M. Turkavage, 27, was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct for accosting a male resident in the 300 block of A Street in Girardville. The incident occurred at 1:20 p.m. on May 9, troopers said.Turkavage will receive summons by mail.
