A Schuylkill County woman is facing a charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance following an incident that occurred at 2 a.m. May 3.

State police at Frackville said Sarah Lynn Fogarty, 32, of Shenandoah, was stopped along Route 924, at Route 4033, in West Mahanoy Township, for failure to drive in her lane of travel.She was found to be under the influence and submitted to a blood test. The test showed the presence of cocaine in her blood stream, troopers said.
