"Rapunzel" runs through June 20 at the Shawnee Playhouse.

The production is a fun-filled musical romp about a girl locked in a tower by a wicked witch, and no way to escape except by her incredibly long blonde hair.The show features songs and zany antics guaranteed to delight the entire family."Rapunzel" is based on the Grimm's fairytale of the same name with book, music and lyrics by Mark Sarto.
