Rush Township Police charged two people following a May 18 incident in the parking lot at Skipper Dippers in Still Creek.

William Hartman, 27, of Bernville and Amanda Stillwagon, 27, of Frackville were charged with simple assault and harassment following the 10:17 a.m. incident.Both were arraigned before District Judge Stephen Bayer and released on unsecured bail.
