May 19, 1992 Josh Friebolin has a strong day on the mound and at the plate to help Northern Lehigh register a 10-2 win over Notre Dame in the opening round of the District 11 Class AA playoffs. Friebolin pitches six innings, allowing just two runs and four hits while striking out 11. He also collects two hits and knocks in a pair of runs. Scott Reitz finishes with two hits, one a triple, and knocks in three runs. The winners, coached by Frank Carazo, also receive a hit, two RBIs and three runs from Damian Olewine while Craig Sell chips in with a hit and two runs.
