Rush Township police are preparing to file charges against Lisa Maldonado, 38, of Hazleton, after a shoplifting incident on May 2.

Maldonado allegedly removed merchandise valued at $345.22 from the HT Commons Walmart at 3:45 p.m. She will be charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
