The Tamaqua Chamber of Commerce will host a breakfast mixer and seminar on Tuesday at the Scheller Center at the Morgan Campus of Lehigh Carbon Community College in Tamaqua.

The seminar will focus on radon gas, the second largest cause of lung cancer in the United States. It will be presented by Brian Seitz of Seitz Brothers. Radon is a colorless, odorless gas that can be found in all parts of the country. There are ways to test for the gas and minimize exposure.Breakfast will begin at 8 a.m. Cost for members is $8, while nonmember and guest cost is $10. Reservations are required and may be made by calling 570-668-1880. Deadline for reservations is Monday.The Scheller Center is located on High Street in Tamaqua.
