Two Carbon County men were cited following a dispute they had on Monday.

State police at Lehighton said around 3 p.m. Luis Mendoza and Theron David Jones had an argument at 450 Sand Quarry Road, Lower Towamensing Township, which became physical. Both were cited for harassment, troopers said.
