A woman was seriously injured Saturday when involved in a motorcycle crash in Walker Township.

Reports from the scene are a man and woman on a motorcycle were traveling in the eight hundred block of Valley Road when a dog ran from a nearby home causing the man to dump the bike.

The man had minor injuries with the female being flown from the scene.

State police at Frackville are investigating the incident.
