A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident that occurred at 6:27 p.m. on March 21.

State police at Frackville said Joshua David Joseph, 29, of Mahanoy City, was stopped along Main Street, in Butler Township for a traffic violation. The investigation showed he was DUI, troopers said. Charges will be filed.
