April 4, 1966 Mickey Miller pitches a two-hit shutout as Lehighton gains a 9-0 victory over Pen Argyl in its season opener. Miller, who strikes out five batters, is handed an early lead when his teammates score five runs in the bottom of the first inning. The Indians, coached by Dallas Heffner, receive three doubles in the contest from Mike Bronko. Jay Barry and Dean Bonner also finish with two hits apiece.
