A truck crashed along Interstate 80 in Carbon County.

State police at Fern Ridge said Cesar Rosas, 39, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, was driving a 2004 International Harvester truck westbound at 12:08 p.m. on March 20 when it left the road, struck the guide rail and then rolled over. Rosas was not injured. The truck had to be towed.Rosas was cited for driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed.
