Shane Kenderdine, 18, of 174 Onocop Drive, Pocono Lake, remains in the Monroe County Prison, Snydersville, in lieu of $250,000 bail, following his arraignment on sexual assault charges relating to a relationship authorities said he had with a 13-year-old girl.

Pocono Mountain Regional Police said he is charged with statutory sexual assault, unlawfuil contact with a minor, sexual abuse of children (child pornography), corruption of minors and criminal use of a communication device. A preliminary hearing is scheduled to be held at 11 a.m. April 2 before Magisterial District Justice Richard Claypool.Police said they were summoned on March 15 to investigate a complaint about an 18-year-old male having a sexual relationship with the victim. Police said on March 24, they took Kenderdine into custody and made the arrest, at which time police found in the man's possession nude photographs of the girl.
